By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Smile and Care Foundation.

1. About us

Smile and Care Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation working in India. Our registration details are on the Legal Status page.

2. Donations

• All donations are voluntary.
• We accept donations in Indian Rupees only. We do not hold FCRA registration, so we cannot accept foreign-source donations.
• The details you give while donating must be accurate. An incorrect PAN means the 80G deduction will not reach you.
• We reserve the right to decline and return any donation.

3. Where the money goes

If you donate to a specific case or programme, that is where the money goes. If the target is met or the case closes for any reason, we use the balance for similar work — and we say so on that case’s page.

4. Receipts and 80G

• Every successful donation gets a receipt by email.
• An 80G deduction requires your PAN. We file the list of donations with the Income Tax Department in Form 10BD each year.
• If a receipt does not arrive, contact us and we will send it again.

5. Use of content

All content on this site — text, photographs, logo — belongs to Smile and Care Foundation. You are welcome to share it to tell people about our work. Commercial use requires our written permission.

6. Photographs of the people we help

The photographs and stories on this site are published with written consent from the people in them, or from their guardians. Copying them for use elsewhere is not permitted.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by payment gateway or internet failures.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts where our registered office is located.
